Women of Dignity International (WODI). WODI is a Canadian registered not-for-profit organization with a passion to reduce household poverty and empower Women of black identity to stand up to positive leadership positions. WODI stands tall with training across all family categories.

About Mercy

Mercy is a mother and career personality with a mission for developing women and building better personalities. She has a wide study in Mass Communication, having her diploma at the Auchi Polytechnic; Bachelor's at the Delta State University and Master's from the University of Lagos. Her work experience stands out in public relations, customer protection and Counselling. She has a Public Relations experience at The Quadrant Public Relations as a trainee Executive. Worked at LAPO Microfinance Bank as Client Protection and Support Manager and volunteered with Culture Link community services Salvation Army and New Circles community services all in Montreal and Toronto, Canada. Holds the Canadian Retail and Customer Service certification, Canadian Workplace Essentials, Customer Service Excellence Certificate and START Customer Care Program Certificate. She also has a diploma in Community work and human resource management. Mercy Osayi currently sits on several boards of reputable incorporated companies, non-profit organizations and Foundations in Canada. A step of growth for Women of Dignity International (WODI) was the training of women interaction in Canada. WODI seeing the similarities in our community ideas and initiatives went into a collaboration with other meaningful organizations which was a turning point in our service commitment to our Women and community. These healthy relationships with the women have helped many to realize who they are and what active life they can be involved in at the larger stage. WODI looks forward to more such opportunities for our clients and members. Mercy is married to Prince Monday Onaiwu-Osayi and blessed with lovely children: Idiakhosa, Eloghosa, Osarefe and Osaruese.

Fun Fact

Mercy will go all out to feed the homeless and those in need not minding her personal needs. This is fun for her as there are lots of opportunities to encourage others.
