Butter & Crème Bakery and Barbecue was founded in 2022 and launched in 2023. Their mobile bakery and barbecue's home base is in Caledonia, Ontario and is the perfect spice spot for jerk and dessert fusion cuisine.

About Samantha & Kris

Sam and Kris are both "born and grown" yardies, who saw that the Canadian food scene only presented Jamaican jerk as one thing. Kris is in the Engineering field by day and an expert griller at night while Sam has over 10 years in the Foodservice Industry expertly managing various restaurants. They wanted to expand the known possibilities and fusion options for the popular known Jamaican Jerk, so they created a unique food experience with Butter & Crème Bakery and Barbecue. In true DIY, " tek old tings mek new" fashion, they transformed an old hauling trailer into a full service mobile spice spot offering up daring concoctions.

Samantha swam competitively and played water polo for Jamaican for over 10 years.
