Nurse Aim Consulting is a healthcare implementation consulting firm specializing in program and service model development. As an implementation consultant, Muna will be leveraging years of nursing expertise and clinical experience to help clients adopt organizational change from project initiation to execution.
Muna's services will impact the organization by delivering the following five values:
1) Muna will engage clients in identifying issues, options, and desired outcomes.
2) Identify resources and potential solutions that are practical and effective.
3) Help clients navigate complex or sensitive problems by keeping the client’s best interests in mind and advising on best practices.
4) Muna will be coaching clients as they develop the skills to implement new processes and programs and tackle critical operational challenges.
5) Muna will also support the clients in achieving results they never thought were possible.
About Muna
Muna is a Healthcare Management Consultant & Strategic Implementation Specialist. They leverage nursing experience to improve health care delivery models.
Muna is also a solution-focused nurse that takes pride in providing outcome-based care and has experience with diverse cultures in urban, rural, and remote communities. They have spent the last 13 years working in various healthcare organizations in Newfoundland, Manitoba, Alberta, and Now British Columbia.
As a result of their work, Muna was recognized by Alberta Health Services for their valuable contribution to client services and received an award in 2016. These achievements are indicative of their ability to always aim for better.
In 2020, Muna completed an internship for a Master's of Public Health with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer at the Alberta Ministry of Health. Muna is now ready to launch a consulting firm and leverage my expertise to help evolve the healthcare system with innovative solutions.
Fun Facts!
Muna resettled in Canada back in 2002 when they came from Somalia as a refugee. They still remember taking ESL classes back in 03 and 04.
Muna consumes social content for personal and professional growth.
In 2017, Muna got into investing. As a result, they bought their first home in Chilliwack, BC. Muna also taught them self how to pick stocks, and enjoys reading about macro trend analysis and its impact on current market sentiment.
Muna loves to cook, and their signature dish is homemade Moroccan lentil soup.
Muna loves travelling, especially to Latin America; They have visited Costa Rica, Mexico, Cuba, & DR and backpacked Colombia in the winter of 2019. Muna is currently learning Spanish via Duolingo and hopes to visit Peru by year-end.
Muna is outdoorsy and loves to hike and enjoy beautiful BC with Kadim, their eight-month-old Poodle.
